Because we are confident of success, we work mainly work based on a purchase or sales quota mandate, linked to a recoverable retainer fee for the preparation of the file.

​This incentivises us to find the most attractive acquisition opportunities for your company.  We then work hard with the buyer and seller to deliver a successful outcome.

Our fees are usually structured as a percentage of the deal value, calculated according the internationally accepted “Lehman Formula”. Further informationis available to interested parties.

​When clients wish to take a very proactive approach, we suggest a combination of retainer/ hourly performance fee and a success fee.
